About The team
Tilbury U11 Blacks are an exceptional group of boys competing in the Junior Echo Argentina (Premier) Division. Over the past 3 years the team has achieved remarkable success, including back to back wins in the Echo Festival Cup, 26 tournament victories and 5 runners-up finishes across the country. Last season, the boys won an impressive 21 out of 23 league games scoring over 100 goals. Their impressive performances earned them a spot at Pro Academy Series Cup 2024 where they reached the quarter finals battling it out against the UKs and European top professional clubs.
In their first season with Tilbury, the team will transition to 9-a-side, continuing to compete in the Echo Argentina division. They are excited to build on their success and aim to bring more trophies to the Dockers.

I have been the manager of this team since the beginning and couldn’t be prouder of their achievements. The boys are a pleasure to work with, making all the hard work worthwhile. Our goal has always been to create an environment where the players feel encouraged to express themselves on the ball, make their own decisions and developing their skills. This approach motivates them to keep coming back and playing the sport they love.
I’m looking forward to our first season with Tilbury and excited to continue seeing this group grow.

As Greg's dedicated assistant, I have been fortunate to support him and the team since the beginning. My son has been with the team from the start, and stepping into this role has been a rewarding experience. Over the past three years, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with these boys—they truly are a pleasure to coach. The success we’ve achieved has been remarkable, and I look forward to continuing our journey with Tilbury, developing the players further and striving for even greater achievements.
