About The Team
Tilbury Tekkers are a newly formed team and we are playing our first season in the Brentwood Festival League. Our team consists of Latham, Harrison M, Harrison R, Teddy, Frankie, Reilly, Dawson, Tate and Max.
We have a great team spirit and really enjoy both training together and playing in matches.

Leigh Mellett
After helping out with coaching as a Dad to one of the players, I am delighted to be the manager of the newly formed Tilbury Tekkers. I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family when I’m not taking training or attending matches.
Myself and my other coaches are really enjoying watching the boys developing their football skills and are looking forward to the team progressing through the age groups for years to come.

I initially started off as just being a dad of one of the players helping out at training, until I was asked to take on the team and manage it with Leigh.
Some of my aims for the team are to try and make it as fun as possible, make sure everyone is trying their best and enjoying it. While also developing their skill and knowledge of football.

Grant Rowe
I was approached by Leigh and asked if I could help out with the training sessions whilst I was watching my son train, I was more than happy to get involved and help with the team. I have always loved football myself, both playing and going to watch, my son and I have season tickets at West Ham.
I love all other sports like golf, boxing and fishing. I am dedicated to get the best out of our team, teaching them the correct way so they can all develop with their football skills and looking forward to watching them progress individually and as a team.
