This is Cain's fifth season at the club and continues his joint management with John Tomlinson. Together Cain and John guided their U18 Team to an EJA league Title last term. This management team bring professionalism and determination to develop, educate and prepare players for senior football working alongside the 1st team. Cain Has played at a variety of clubs including Thurrock, Aveley, Tilbury, Hashtag United and currently May & Baker.
John Tomlinson
John has been with Tilbury since 2016 and has coached various youth teams from U14 to U18 age groups over the past five years, including our EJA winning U18 team last season.
Prior to joining Tilbury John had also worked with youth teams at Whitmore Rangers and Thurrock FC.
John is passionate about player development and always keen to study other coaches methods and styles of play to further improve his own abilities as a coach.
