Tilbury FC Under 17 play in the Chelmsford league under the management of Lee Upton and Garry Woodman. Having been created from the 2020/21 U16 and U15 Team this is a mixed age team.

I have been involved in youth football for a total of 15 years as a coach and manager. Having been at tilbury for the last 9 years i have witness many highs and lows. The most rewarding was taking a team that had not won in 2 years to the Echo B Division Title. I am the sort of manager that works to develop players and create an enjoyable environment for players to compete.
Garry Woodman
I have been with the team as assistant manager since they started at U8. It is a real compliment to have some players still here from 7 years old and showing such loyalty. I hope to continue to help in player development and produce players for the 1st team.
